Who We Are
We are a values-driven initiative committed to truth over narrative, due process without exception, and equal justice under the law. Born from firsthand experience with a system that too often silences fathers and overlooks procedure, our work exists to empower fathers with knowledge, protect children’s voices, and demand accountability from institutions entrusted with public authority.
Guided by faith, integrity, and moral courage, we believe children deserve fairness—not bias, fathers deserve preparation—not presumption, and justice must be applied equally, consistently, and without compromise.
Core Values
Our core values are rooted in truth, fairness, and accountability. We exist to defend due process, affirm the vital role of fathers, protect the voices of children, and demand integrity from institutions that wield power. Every value we uphold is guided by faith, moral courage, and a commitment to lasting justice—not optics.
-
Truth Over Narrative – We reject selective facts and manufactured narratives; truth is the foundation of justice.
Due Process Is Non-Negotiable – Procedural fairness is a constitutional right, not a privilege.
No Selective Justice – Equality before the law requires equal standards and consequences for all.
-
Fathers Matter – Children need both parents absent proven harm, not bias or assumption.
Children’s Voices Must Be Heard – Children are not leverage or property; their well-being comes first.
Empowerment Through Knowledge – Fathers deserve education, strategy, and procedural awareness to advocate effectively.
-
Accountability at Every Level – No institution or authority is above scrutiny.
Faith, Integrity, and Moral Courage – We act with integrity, even when it is costly.
Legacy Over Applause – Long-term reform matters more than public approval or optics.
Founder’s Statement
Adrian Smith
Founder, Equal Rights for Father’s Initiative
This initiative was born from firsthand experience with a system that too often silences fathers, ignores procedure, and harms children under the guise of discretion. I refused to accept injustice as normal. This work exists to ensure fathers are prepared, children are protected, and institutions are reminded they serve the people—not themselves.
